Black cohosh has estrogen like mild sedative, relaxing and spasmolytic action, used in painful menstruations, menstrual cycle abnormalities, to relieve menopause symptoms (hot flashes, excessive night sweating, vaginal dryness, etc.). This plant can also be used successfully for PMS syndrome. Black cohosh root extract demonstrates an estrogen like effect, but lacks the disadvantages of classical hormonal preparations.

Chickweed (Stellaria media L.) has been used in folk medicine for ages as a pain reliever, and contains an abundance of vitamins C, E, carotin, flavonoids, and mineral substances. Chickweed leaves are beneficial for the cardio-vascular and nervous systems.

Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis L.) contains mucous substances (polysaccharides) necessary for softening and protection of irritated and damaged mucus membranes. Usage

Take 1 tablet with a large glass of water twice a day as a dietary supplement.
